Velhmat’s suppliers have been carefully selected. We warrant to the original purchaser that all parts and components from this product are free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use from six months from the purchase date

The spare part from any defective part will be provided without any charge to the original purchaser. This guarantee extends from the purchase date as shown in the purchaser’s ticket which he/she will have to show to validate the present guarantee.

This guarantee is only valid to the original purchaser and does not cover product damages due to improper instalation, product abuse or product misuse caused by a contractor, a service company or yourself. Velhmat will not be held responsible for any job charges or any incurred damages in the installation, repair or replacement nor for incidental or resultant damages.
